British Rock Band, Thunder, Release Expanded Album Vinyl Reissues

British rock band Thunder has announced the release of expanded versions of three of their albums on vinyl. The albums included in this reissue are ‘The Magnificent Seventh’, ‘Robert Johnson’s Tombstone’, and ‘Bang!’. This marks the first time these albums will be available on vinyl, with each reissue also available on 2LP and CD digipack formats. Each release will contain rare, deleted, and previously unreleased bonus tracks.
The band has unveiled a lyric video for a live version of ‘On The Radio’ from the album ‘Bang!’, recorded in Nottingham in 2008.
Thunder made a comeback in 2005 with their seventh studio album, ‘The Magnificent Seventh’, which was produced by lead guitarist Luke Morley. The album featured hit tracks like ‘The Gods Of Love’, ‘You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down’, and ‘I Love You More Than Rock N Roll’, which became their first single to enter the Top 30 UK Singles Chart since 1997.
‘Robert Johnson’s Tombstone’ was inspired by the enigmatic blues musician and was released in 2006. The album featured a rootsy and bluesy sound showcased in tracks such as ‘The Devil Made Me Do It’, ‘Andy Warhol Said’, and ‘Last Man Standing’.
‘Bang!’ was released in 2008 and marked Thunder’s last album before going on a hiatus and eventually reuniting a few years later. Recorded at Walton Castle, the album features tracks including ‘On The Radio’, ‘Carol Ann’, and ‘Stormwater’.
