Rapper T.I. Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Atlanta rapper T.I. has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the state of Georgia, and he expressed his gratitude for the recognition.

T.I. took to Instagram to share the news and thanked several public officials, including Debra Jones-Bazemore, Lenora Wimberly-Peterson, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris, for their contribution. He stated,

“I’m genuinely grateful for these prestigious honors and while I don’t know exactly what that means specifically, it sure feels good to have them.”

In a recent video, T.I. is captured accepting the award and expressing his appreciation by saying,

“I did good work to make you guys proud, to earn this, outstanding citizenship.”

Fans showered the rapper with accolades for his achievement. One fan praised him by saying:

“Milestone, This is why they call you the king.”

Another fan commented:

“Simply means black excellence it’s a full circle.”

It’s heartening to witness rappers receiving recognition beyond the confines of hip-hop culture from local public officials.

T.I. Engages in Verbal Altercation
